Penny (Dawn Murphy), the coach`s daughter from the original Dead In The Pool, is still grieving over her father’s recent death when she must face her greatest challenge!
Penny is viciously beaten and left paralyzed and in a wheelchair. Experimental treatments may help her regain her ability to walk, but at what cost?
She begins to have nightmares about killing the people responsible for her plight. But then she learns they aren´t really nightmares at all when each of the victims (Tina Krause, Kassie Karr, Debbie D) turns up dead, drowned by an unknown killer. But is the killer Penny or her rival, Susan (Vanessa Carlton) Pierce, the person actually responsible for Penny´s injuries? Learn the truth in Dead In The Pool 2 as Penny and Vanessa fight to the death in the pool while a lightning storm rages on.

Better than part 1 due to a more sympathetic leading lady (Dawn Murphy). This is an entertaining drowning flick. There is an interesting plot and it moves along at a steady pace. Dawn and Michelle’s pool battle during a lightning storm at the end is used to great effect. Debbie D also wears the skimpiest detective outfit ever seen in a movie.
