In the early 1960’s, Artie, a deranged janitor, viciously murdered several innocent secretaries. Five years later, Artie was under the care of Dr. Sorens, who didn’t believe that he was responsible for the murders.

But she was wrong, and her nurse, her patients, and Dr. Sorens herself paid the price for her ignorance. Now it’s the present. And Artie is nowhere to be found. But unfortunately for the world, he did have an offspring, Artie Jr. (David Lee). And Junior is following in his father’s footsteps! He loves women who wear garters and stockings! And he loves imagining how he can kill them in various ways! But worse still, a real estate agent has cheated Junior and she, and her two co-workers will pay with their lives!
